GET OFF THE FENCE, THE POT OF GOLD IS REAL!

If you are talking about health and fitness with the Pot of Gold being a healthier lifestyle then it’s true! What would that mean to you? What will it take to get you off the proverbial fence and get you to start exercising? If I told you that you could lose weight, gain energy, look better, feel younger, and improve your overall health would that help? Does that sound like too much work, overwhelming, or too good to be true? Well, it’s not!
It’s surprising, but even after a few short sessions you really do begin to feel better and more energized. You begin sleeping better. All you have to do is start at the beginning, right where you are today. Develop S.M.A.R.T. goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time relevant. You didn’t get the way you are overnight, so you won’t be able to fix it overnight. But once you reach your goals, it will be so much easier to maintain your health and fitness. You’ll wonder what kept you from starting sooner.
Use of an integrated training program consisting of the seven basic components of exercise: Flexibility, Core, Balance, Reactive, Speed, Agility and Quickness, Resistance, and Cardio-Respiratory Training, will help you achieve overall improvement. Add in enough water (1ounce of water per pound of bodyweight), eating healthier, and getting more rest and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish. You will function at a higher level across the board.
Have a support system in place. Whether it means exercising with a family member or friend, or personal trainer, having someone to be accountable to will make a positive difference in your success
Maybe your health is good, and you want to keep it that way. Maybe your Doctor has given you the warning that you’d better start exercising. Maybe you are going through rehab from an injury or you are pre or post-surgical. Whatever your situation, the correct exercise program will benefit you. Always remember to check with your Doctor before beginning any exercise program to obtain any guidelines specific to your situation.
